This delightful 15 Years Old Tullibardine single malt, matured in bourbon barrels, has been hand selected from the finest oak casks in the distillery’s stocks for a Whisky Live bottling. It is offered at cask strength and is non chill-filtered to showcase the best this Highland spirit has to offer. The distillery sits at the foot of the Ochil Hills in Perthshire and draws its water from a crystal clear spring, which once served the favourite brewery of King James IV of Scotland.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Rich amber
Nose: Complex; trademark honey sweetness and then a church sacristy of flavours: hints of beeswax and polished wood, sherried altar wine and faded spicy incense smoke
Palate: Full and chewy with toffee and honey up front, then dark chocolate orange, and finally smoke, nuts and wood
Finish: Long and elegant with the woodiness reflecting the whisky’s age
